1. Who is responsible
Unstack the Dock is a free game published by Alexis Demarquis, France. Contact: support@unstackthedock.com.
2. What data we collect
Playing as a guest: nothing about you is stored on our servers. Your progress, current level and daily streak are stored in your browser only (local storage). To show the leaderboard, your browser downloads it from our database provider, which sees your IP address like any website does.
Playing signed in with Google: we store
- your Google account identifier;
- your email address (kept by our sign-in provider, never shown in the game);
- your first name and the initial of your last name, taken from your Google profile;
- the web address of your Google profile picture;
- your best level, and when you reached it;
- your game progress: stars, shuffles, bonus slots, daily streak, and the level in progress;
- the dates your account and your progress were last updated.
3. Why
To run the game, keep your progress across your devices, and show the leaderboard. The leaderboard is public: anyone who opens the game sees your first name and last initial, your picture and your level.
Legal basis: performance of the service you asked for by signing in.
4. Who processes it
- Supabase: database and sign-in, hosted in Ireland (EU).
- Vercel: hosting, and cookieless, anonymous Web Analytics.
- Google: sign-in. Google Fonts: the page loads font files from Google servers, so Google receives your IP address. Profile pictures on the leaderboard are also loaded from Google servers.
- jsDelivr: a content delivery network that serves one script library (the Supabase client), and receives your IP address.
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
5. Cookies and storage
No tracking cookies, and no cookies at all set by the game. Local storage in your browser holds your progress and, when you are signed in, your session token. Analytics use no cookies and no personal identifiers.
6. How long
Account data is kept as long as your account exists. Guest data stays on your device until you clear your browser storage.
7. Delete your account
Open the account panel in the game and tap Delete my account. Your leaderboard entry and saved progress are deleted immediately and permanently. Progress kept on your device is not affected.

8. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use. Email support@unstackthedock.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (France) or your local data protection authority.
9. Children
The game has no age gate. Signing in follows Google's own age rules.
10. Changes
Last updated: 23 September 2026. Any change is posted on this page.
